Warranty Claim
Warranty Terms
A 2-year limited global warranty is provided from the date of purchase. Free repair or replacement services are provided for failures of electronic components, degradation of optical components, or structural cracks caused by manufacturing defects.
Exclusions
Failures resulting from improper installation, accidental impact damage, unauthorized modifications, or extreme use in off-road environments are not covered by this warranty. Minor cosmetic scratches and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Service Timeline
We will complete an initial review within 1 business day of submission. Once eligibility is confirmed, a replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days; shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
