01. Core Warranty Terms
14-Day Quality Replacement
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, should the product experience a non-human-induced performance failure—and provided this is confirmed as a quality issue by an authorized FEREI service center—we will provide you with a brand-new replacement unit of the same model and specifications.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Applicable to the main body of FEREI-branded lighting units and their metal structural components (e.g., bicycle mounts). During the warranty period, we provide free repair services or component replacements.
Consumables & Accessories
Battery packs, switch assemblies, O-rings, glass lenses, and similar items are covered by an 8-month warranty. External chargers and power adapters are covered by a 12-month warranty.
02.Repair Service Guidelines
Unauthorized Disassembly Prohibited
All FEREI products feature precision-sealed construction. Users are strictly prohibited from independently disassembling, repairing, or performing any modifications not officially authorized by FEREI. Any unauthorized opening of the device will immediately void the warranty.
Paid Repair Services
For products that are outside the warranty period or have sustained damage due to user-induced causes, FEREI offers paid repair services. We charge fees based solely on the actual cost of replacement parts, without imposing additional, excessive labor charges.
03. Exclusions

Any form of misuse, abnormal use, or negligence.
•
Unauthorized modification, rewiring, or mechanical damage resulting from improper disassembly.
•
Electronic damage caused by prolonged improper storage or battery leakage.
•
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, or instances where the serial number has been defaced.
•
Physical deformation resulting from drops, impacts, or exposure to extreme environments.
•
Counterfeit products or unauthorized goods purchased through unofficial channels.
04. Warranty Extension Policy
By registering an account on the official FEREI website and linking your product’s serial number, you may qualify for an additional warranty extension of 2 to 6 months, subject to current promotional activities.
Special Note
Customized products or specialized industrial equipment are subject to the specific warranty terms stipulated in the corresponding sales contract.
05. Governing Law and Effectiveness
The terms of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the implementation of this Policy shall be resolved through litigation in a competent People's Court located in the jurisdiction of FEREI Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen, China). FEREI reserves the right to update these terms in response to technological upgrades or market adjustments.
