The initial order requires a minimum total value of 20,000 RMB to activate wholesale privileges. For subsequent replenishment orders, the minimum order quantity per specific model is 5 units.
Standard in-stock products are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. For large-volume backorders or custom production batches, delivery is typically completed within 14–21 business days, depending on engineering and production progress.
All wholesale products are covered by the FERFEI Ultimate Warranty: a 2-year limited warranty that covers failures in housing protection as well as abnormal LED chip lumen depreciation. Partners are entitled to priority replacement service.
